Corendra

Software engineering · United States

Corendra builds custom platforms and apps.

For individuals and small-to-medium companies. You work directly with the people who design and build your software.

Outline of a custom platform: interfaces such as a web app, a team dashboard and a customer portal sit on one platform core, which connects to data, integrations and automations. Every build starts from how your work actually runs, then gets the interfaces, core logic and connections it needs.

01 What we build

Software shaped around the work, not the other way round.

No shelf product stretched to fit. We design and build the platform or app you need, for the way you already operate.

Platforms

The system a part of your business runs on: your data, the workflows around it, who can do what, and the connections to the tools you already use.

Apps

Focused applications for your customers, your team, or just you. Built to do one job well and stay easy to change.

Who we build for

Individuals

People with a specific idea or a specific problem, who need software that does not exist off the shelf.

Small-to-medium companies

Teams whose spreadsheets and generic tools no longer keep up, and who need a system that fits how they operate.

Work

Bullies app

Built for Bullies Mauritius (Bullies Social), a restaurant in Grand Baie. Guests use it to visit the restaurant, and the restaurant runs its day-to-day operations from it.

For guests

Accounts
Bullies creates each guest's account; guests sign in with the one they were given.
Restaurant info
Hours, specials, the menu and the restaurant on a map. Hours, specials and the menu stay available on the phone if the network drops.
Table requests
Name, number of guests and preferred time. A request stays pending until Bullies confirms it.
Confirmation
The guest sees the table number and any note from the restaurant, with no phone call needed. If a table can't be confirmed, the app asks them to call and shows the restaurant's number.
Privacy
Each guest sees only their own reservation.

For the restaurant

Staff and vendors
Manage staff and vendors.
Specials
Schedule specials ahead of time.
Opening hours
Pulled from the restaurant's existing website; staff can override them in the app.
Time clock
Staff are clocked in automatically when they arrive and clocked out if they leave early.
Reports
Export reports at any time.

Offline-first content · Approval workflow · Per-user data isolation

02 How we work

Talk to engineers. Hit the ground running.

There is no sales layer. The people you talk to design and build the software, so conversations stay technical, practical and honest about scope.

Typical route

  1. You
  2. Sales
  3. Account manager
  4. Project manager
  5. Engineers

With Corendra

  1. You
  2. Engineers
Fewer hand-offs between your problem and the people solving it.
  1. Get clear on scope

We ask the technical questions first and are straight about what is realistic before we propose how to build it.

  2. Build with short loops

You stay close to the people writing the system, so decisions stay grounded in what actually ships.

  3. Launch, then your call

Keep us on for ongoing maintenance, or pay for the setup only and run it yourself from there.

03 Starting a project

What to send, and what to expect.

A rough idea is enough to start. The email links on this page open a draft with these headings already in place.

In your first email

  1. What you want to build or fix, in a few sentences.
  2. Who will use it: you, your team, or your customers.
  3. What you use today: spreadsheets, off-the-shelf tools, an existing app.
  4. Constraints: deadline, budget range, systems it must connect to.
  5. Links or screenshots, if you have them.

What happens next

Your email
We read it and check whether it has enough detail to scope. If it doesn't, we reply to ask for a date and time for a short call.
Code ownership
Flexible: you can own the code, or we can.
Confidentiality
Every engagement includes a signed NDA.
